About Dr. Mikdadi

Ghiath Mikdadi, MD, is a world-renowned cardiologist serving patients at Heart Clinic of Hammond with offices in Hammond and Amite, Louisiana. He provides thorough and effective care to every patient that walks into his office.

Dr. Mikdadi has practiced in the Hammond area for over 10 years. He completed his internship and residency at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Dr. Mikdadi continued his training with a cardiology fellowship at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center New Orleans in New Orleans, Louisiana. 

 He is board-certified by the National Board of Echocardiography, the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology, the American Board of Internal Medicine – Cardiovascular Disease, the American Board of Internal Medicine, and the International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners.

At Heart Clinic of Hammond, Dr. Mikdadi takes a personalized and holistic approach to care. He takes the time to listen to his patients and answer any questions they might have.
